The flow of the Dongshan River is gentle, and because a water gate is installed at the river mouth, it is not affected by the tides, making it very suitable for leisurely boating activities. The main river channel is wide, with several interesting tributaries, offering beautiful scenery, making both short and long paddling trips very pleasant.
You can sign up for a 2-3 hour on-site experience (see below), or a 3-hour long-distance voyage. For the 3-hour voyage, you can choose to use a kayak or SUP, with a minimum of 4 people, NT$1,200 per person. If you want to specify a route, that’s welcome too!
